Welcome. Today we will be talking about how our organization has done last season and this off season so far. Last year we had a good season and made it to the playoffs again. The bad is we lost in the 1st round (again.) We were hoping for a deeper run but could not make it happen. We took time and talked about the future for a lib and then took a break.

After a lil break we started the off season process. We would like to thanks Mr. Bradley and Mr. Houston for their services to the team. We discussed a deal with the Suns for younger replacements for them, and felt like it was the right move. So we would like to welcome Mr. Van Horn and MR. O'Neal to the team. We feel like we have a nice young core that will jell well together and take the team to the next level. Now it is time for us to get to work and have another good season. Thanks for coming.

Will the additions of KVH and ONeal finally push this team past the first round of the playoffs? Also, is Bonzi Wells the best SG in this league?

We hope they will give us the edge to push us further in the playoffs. Bonzi is playing well enough to get into the conversation.

Do you feel it's time to fire the coach? He's had ample opportunities to make a deep playoff run and continues to shat the bed. You build this great team and he can't seem to reach expectations. What is response to failure after failure? Will Utah always be synonymous with ringless superstars?

Not yet. Yes we the last three yearswe were one and done in the playoffs. The first year we were bumped out by the Champion Lakers and the next two by a teams that made it to the conference finals. We just try to learn from the failure and try to figure out how to turn it into a win. We are working hard to get that ring but not as easy as some make it seem.

Was Tim Duncan vocal in the offseason to message the GM to improve the team or else and how would you view the importance of the two younger stars on the roster of Jermaine Oneal and Stephon Marbury?

We were on the same page. We view our young players as the energy of the team which will hopefully improve team chemistry.

Do you think Bonzi Wells is ready to take his place in the league as one of the premiere 2-way guards in the NBA?
