In order...
Bulls / Magic
Happy to see Nick back and diving right into the trade market. After surveying the lay of the land, he beefed up his roster that only need a couple of pieces to get a decent seeding in the playoffs. Adding P-Will for a few points was an excellent move to that end.
Pistons / Nuggets
While their love affair can get pretty cringe at times (in only the most lovable way), they really looked after one another in this trade. Nuggets needed win now upgrades, and Pistons needed flip-able assets. Pretty much every player going to Detroit in this deal could be flipped (least likely Dixon and perhaps Leathers) to a team that needs a boost in backup bigs. Or future talent in Hinshaw.
That said, I do wish the Nuggets moved on an elite, true big man. Sure, Montoya is big, but he can play just about any position successfully, and I think the only thing missing from the Nuggets is a proper big (imagine if this team grabbed Schiff...)...
Lakers / Grizzlies
I mean, great pick up for LA. They don't even need Armitage lol. But he's leading the league in 3P% right now so...why not? Not much comes back for the Grizzlies, because I doubt that pick will hold any value down the road, but you never know. And Reaves ded.

1. Pistons/Nuggets:
viewtopic.php?f=24&t=12511
At the beginning of the season, I thought it would be impossible to move Montoya after the Lakers picked up Mobley. I asked every team that made sense and given up. When I moved him to Doug, I knew that if anyone could move him a second time, it was Doug. And while I got under the apron and walked away with Walker Kessler, Doug was able to grab a nice haul from the Nuggets including Booker Davis and Thomas Hinshaw. The Nuggets consolidate a bunch of talent into one much better--albeit expensive--player. I like seeing the Nuggets take this swing to give the Lakers some stiffer competition, and I also like it because they're going to have to sell off eventually, and it's probably gonna be around the time I want to buy back in.
2. Mavs/Heat:
viewtopic.php?f=24&t=12494
This move isn't too dissimilar from the Pistons/Nuggets move (or the Montoya moves in general). The Mavs move Cuevas to the Heat, and while the Heat are in trouble until Dixson comes back, the Heat get more great scoring. They still have a lot of work to do, and there were probably other guys the Heat could've gotten who were cheaper, but Cuevas is offense on a team that needs it. Now they need another big and Dixson back, but I like the swing, and I like the Mavs getting out of the Cuevas contract when they're the only team with a losing record in the Fox division.
3. Bulls/Magic:
viewtopic.php?f=24&t=12513
Glad to have Nick back in the league. A lot of folks seemed interested in Patrick Williams, but some lacked the points, some lacked the salary match, and some lacked the timely response needed to get him ahead of Nick. After I saw Nick add on Sigman, I figured I'd see if he wanted some more win now help, and he jumped at the chance. His risks were rewarded with a perfect sim, which propelled him into 5th in the division where the team right behind him is staying afloat despite selling, and beyond that, it's all negative differentials.

I really wish I could clump trade by Teams instead of individual teams. Because I feel like there were a few teams (mine included) that made a flurry of moves that played off the other moves made. But here we go for individual trades:
Bulls / Magic
Josh continues to grind the trade market and Nick comes in to add some depth to his team that after the top 3 is pretty meager. Nick wanting to come in and compete right off the bat translated to instant success after this trade, as the Magic went on a 8-game win streak. A little depth goes a long way! Meanwhile, in Chicago, they got their first winning sim of the season (although not sure they wanted that lol) and bring in a full 10pts. And in a PG thirsty league, never know who might come calling for Dort...
Pistons / Nuggets
Look, what more can I say back the love affair with my fave panda?! Panda is getting a guy who can lock down the 3-5 positions on defense, and then on offense come in and shoot lights out. He had a tough sim post-trade but I think once he makes adjustments, he'll start reaping the benefits of this move. For the Pistons, I think other folks ahead of me said enough. This move gives me some options to keep and compete or flip players for points, depending how the next couple sims go. But we definitely do have a cornucopia of big men that could very easily be starters/play substantial minutes on some teams contending for playoff spots... just sayin....
Celtics / Bulls
This was a toss up between Celtics/Bulls, Celtics/Grizzlies, and Celtics/Pistons... because I think each trade plays off the other in terms of making the team better. However, I picked this trade because again the Bulls are getting paid and doing a phenomenal job in selling off assets for players they don't need at all. between this and the Bulls/Magic trade, thats 16pts accumulated (Pistons made 5 trades and brought in 16 pts total). Great work by Josh in capitalizing on his non-vision players. Celtics make this to bring in a facilitator who can help create and further his offense. I always love bringing in a willing passer to play along some guys who can be prolific scorers. So many changes happened at once that it may take a sim or two of adjustments to see what works best.

First of all, I didn't even see all these trades. I'm so late to the party. A couple of guys were traded that I was interested in.. so I don't like any of the trades haha.
For starters nuggets and warriors being involved in the trade game to get better is great. Battle to the end for the omega #1 seed.
I love the warriors getting Canfield (I wanted him) and Glynn was involved in the deal(I also wanted him). Mavs get points out of the deal. Seems pretty even and fair.
Nuggets wow big move to go get Montoya who can still ball. The window to win now is literally now for them. Huge splash move. Again I think it's a fair one, nuggets making a push and pistons getting out of the deal. Ultimately I question if trading Mac for Montoya was the move. Doesn't seem like pistons got any meat from that deal, only potatoes...but I digress(I wanted Montoya as well)
Bulls magic is my final fav, mainly just like Patrick Williams. Not too much more than that for me in this trade. Another player I wanted.
Wheeling and dealing

Pistons/Nuggets
Splash move of the day. Nuggets cash in most of their bench for the missing frontcourt piece to make a strong starting 5. The Pistons get a lot of salary that can be cashed in at the deadline. Win-win deal for both sides. I think this will be a strong contender for Trade of the Year if both teams are able to thrive with their new acquisitions.
Celtics/Bulls
Gman continues to cash in on his UFA haul while the AB gets a true facilitator to manage the offense and will let Blakeney, Chief, and Bridges become playmakers who can find scoring opportunities all over the court. Another fair deal where both sides come out as winners.
Bulls/Magic
Ditto from above seeing Gman cash in for more points. The Magic acquire their 3rd wheel who has demonstrated a knack for playing the 3 allowing Dirks to slide back down to his natural 4 spot. The Magic have not lost a game to date since the trade so something has to be working here now. Nice job cashing in on Dort's expiring for both sides.

#1 Pistons/Nuggets
I agree with what Jon said above that this Nuggets team would look better with Schiff than Montoya in a deal but this deal was agreed to before Nick came back into our lives, so it's a good addition anyways. I'd have told Doug he wasn't getting any stinking points! But it's a good deal either way, even with a shaky first sim. Tindall coming back helps balance the bench with Patrick. I think Gray and Davis should be really easy to move for Doug at the deadline if he chooses and he should have suitors, if they're smart.
#2 Celtics/Grizzlies
My #1 choice in trades for my team was THT because I wanted his position flexibility and he'd allow me to send Adebayo out to shave my tax bill down. So, I give props to the team who did get him (and needed him way more than I did). It's a win-win as K100 gets more points to chip away at his debt and Charlie gets a very useful starter for cheap who can give AB some damn help.
#3 Bulls/Magic
I've been sick so haven't felt like posting but wrote this list down as soon as I posted this question. I now see most everyone agrees here ha. Josh got the full 10 (a rarity these days it seems) and Nick got to dive back into the trade waters with a really good player to fuel a playoff run and what I suspect could be a division title run.

Trade One:
Celtics/Grizzlies.
Man was I lucky enough to get this one done. I was lifeless for a time before this trade was done. I was about to send out AB at his peak to a team for a purple that may never hit purple. Anyways... In all seriousness though this trade really will be beneficial to me for the season. It gives me a versatile player that I can put at a variety of positions and even have him play as a super sub. Sending 10 points was a pretty easy agreement as well.
Trade 2:
This trade was great because I got my starting point guard. He was also a player the suns wanted, so that is a win too. But seriously, he will hopefully gel next to AB well. I have long been wanting to get him to play with AB and I hope the results will be similar to when I had Cade Cunningham on my team.
Trade 3: I like this trade because its me again. I got another solid player in return and stole him away from being traded to the Suns. WOOHOO!
Damn I wrote this before I saw it was D-60.....
Trade 2:
Pistons/Raptors
This will fall under the radar, but it is a smart move by the Raptors. They pickup another young forward to play for Lidell while he is injured. He is also on a rookie contract for another two years after this one. They are running into an issue where they are basically daddy day care with all of the young players they have. Their treasure trove is getting deeper and deeper. For Pistons, this shows what he has been doing all year. Just moving the pieces and pivoting from one roster idea to the next.
Trade 3:
Slime/Slime
While I understand why people would think the second Montoya trade is a better deal, I disagree. I think this was truly a better deal all around. First, this trade allows Doug to make the other trade. On top of that, he got Markkanen who will be really good one day. So he got in total for Mac McClung - Lauri Markkanen, Don Long (a big who got hit in TC but still could be a solid role player and someone he has eyed for a min), 13 points, Mason Dixon, Booker Davis, Raiquan Gray, Luigi Leathers, Tony Hinshaw, and Vincent Munguia. While all of those players are not going to be long term Pistons, this type of move is one that looks similar to the Hesrchel Walker deal that produced Emmitt Smith and Darren Woodson. Bulls also got Mac who will be a center piece for years to come.

Mavs/Heat
viewtopic.php?f=24&t=12494
I really like how aggressive Miami GM is this season. I definitely got that wrong during our earlier predictions. I still think they should sell but instead they doubled down and bought a really expensive (and really good scorer) in Richie Cuevas to replace Dixson who is out with an extended injury. Hopefully this helps them get better fast. Dallas continues to impress me with this teardown. They understand their team is nowhere near competing and are getting real value for their pieces. They are going to be real players this offseason with a lot of cap space. The Mavs are a team to watch out for soon enough.

Lakers / Grizzlies

The rich got a lot richer after this trade. I really like Armitage who is the 2nd best 3pt shooter in the game this season. The Grizzlies did well too with another 1st round pick and even though Austin Reaves got hit in training camp he is still a lottery pick. I think the Grizzlies will find a creative way to make use of his skillset.

Celtics/Grizzlies

AngryBanana continues to collect talent to surround Blakeney. Horton-Tucker is an awesome player. He is 6'10 and crushing people at shooting guard! I really like how unique he is in today's game. The Grizzlies continue to sell and are moving closer to paying their debts off. Nice job everyone.
