1999 Offseason Schedule

1999 NBA Draft- No due date. Assuming it ends tomorrow night.
RFA Offer Sheet- Thursday 1/29 8PM (Tentative concerning end of draft)->

2nd Round Cuts and Rookie Deal Declines -
Friday 1/30 5PM (*Tentative concerning end of draft) -- NOTE: At this point, the RFA period begins and no trades or cuts may be made except RFA related sign and trades until RFA is complete (Sunday 2/1 at 5 pm)

hmmm where can I jump in the delorean and decline rookie deals from last year? My rookie was not elite enough to earn his 3rd and 4th year of his contract.

Added note to clarify exactly when the RFA trade moratorium voted on this season begins and ends.
