For Sim 11, we're focusing on turning the ball over and also getting steals. The question is:
Which team has the better (lower) differential of steals to turnovers? (i.e. # turnovers minus # steals)
Ex.
Team A: 5 STL, 15 TO (15 - 5 = 10)
Team B: 5 STL, 8 TO (8 - 5 = 3)
Team B wins
