Welcome to the Cavs Preseason Presser. We are pleased to welcome our legend GM jlmarines and future mayor of Cleveland.

GM jlmarines: This off-season we were able to address our weakness. During training camp, as a team, we were one of most improve team in the league. It's no secret we can score points but our defense needed help. We added PG Tony "Butterfly" Cucone. Butterfly is a nasty dawg, fearless style, willing to put his body on the line and initiate contact in order to make plays. The Cavs also added PG Samuel "El Padrino" Adams. El Padrino has great defensive upside with his long arms and great ability to move laterally. El Padrino shows natural leadership skills and is ready to help this young squad. I do want to take this moment to thank everyone, all of our staff, fans, Justin Bieber, and especially K100. We love being underdogs.

GM jlmarines: First order of business, our studs Boston and Connell will move to their natural positions. Butterfly will bring much needed experience at our PG position. Butterfly will be our starting PG. Tilton had a great TC, his foul rating has improve, and we expect 35 minutes per game. Our young studs Hintz, Barnes, and Gray have game time experience and we expect a huge improvement for our bench players. Hintz, Barnes, and Gray are ready to step in, if one our starters get hurt.

GM jlmarines: We look forward to the season. I really think we were able to address many of the needs, especially at defensive. I think the league is for a huge surprise. We cannot wait to start beating our main rivalry opponents which is 76ers, Thunder, and Kings. Enjoy the process. Go Cavs! Here's our starting 5:

C Tilton
PF Shanks
SF Boston Jr.
SG Connell
PG Cucone

Sham Smith, Bulls.com: Though it's not anything to put too much stock into, there weren't many bright spots in the Cavs preseason. Your projected starting lineup is the same one you rolled with in preseason, so what is the difference maker going to be in the regular season in terms of gameplan?

Defensive deficiencies were running rampant in the pre-season, what ways do you believe you can gameplan to overcome these problems ?

Chet Youbetcha, Dimmadome News: Who do you think will be your top offensive talent behind BBJ, Shank or Connell?

That's one expensive BJ. Do you expect this season the BJ will satisfy? If not, will you start getting a little soft on having BJ readily available to you (and start entertaining offers as this BJ is aging)

Truth be told, you inherited a dumpster fire from the previous Cavs regime. For the past 25 seasons, the Cleveland Cavs have only made the playoffs three times (last being 2029). As you enter your 4th season as GM, do you feel like you are on the hot seat now?

What comment do you have that the Omega Conference should really be renamed the 'Beta' Conference?

What do you think held your team back last year? Also in preseason?

Great question. On paper it appears Cavs didn't made any moves during preseason. However, in my 3 seasons as the GM for Cavs, I never had a true solid PG. I moved SG Connell to play PG. I forced my other solid players to play out of position. By Signing two Solid green PG, the Cavs finally have a true PG. It was a major weakness in our roster. I expect a huge improvement.

Opponents were averaging about 120 points per game. Since I took over the Cavs, I never had a PG. Connell is a SG but I forced Connell to play PG. I signed two veteran green players with a high PRD rating. Samuel Adams and Tony Cucone will improve my defense. That's the goal and I see no reason why not. Both of my green PG are much better them Connell at the PG position. Connell will move back to his original position as SG. I expect a better year on defense.

Great Question. That's C "Kong" Tilton. Tilton improve his foul rating this offseason. Last season, Kong was only averaging 28 minutes per game. I except Kong to play more minutes and more points!

Great Question. It's been stressful for the organization. Just when we thing BBJ will be purple player, he continues to stay blue. We haven't lost faith yet on BBJ. We will move BBJ to SF position. We expect a great year for BBJ at the SF position and most likely an all-star appearance. The Cavs organization will give BBJ another year and we will evaluate him after the season is over.

Of course not. In fact we are just starting. GM jlmarines just signed a long term 20 year contract. Cleveland loves GM jlmarines. GM jlmarines is not going anywhere. By adding solid green PG Adams and Cucone, Cavs roster is complete. We are ready to compete. We expect a huge improvement!

Awesome question. The Cavs Organization careless what the haters have to say. The Cavs motto is simple. When you look good, you feel good. And if you feel good, you play good. And if you play good, they pay good. And if they pay good, you eat good. So watch out. The Cavs are coming!

Good Question. Last year we didn't have a true PG player. My studs were playing out of position. We signed two green solid PG players. In fact, since I've been the GM for the Cavs, PG Adams and PG Cucone are the highest rating PG I ever had. I look forward for this year.

As far as preseason. Most of my starters did not play a lot. Preseason is not 100% accurate. I expect a better year. Thank you for the great question.

Even though you've made a lot of progress since this last season, looks like the Cavs will still have a hard time this season. What's your strategy to progress in S53?
