S52 Desired Contracts

Some notes:
1. I'm getting board over attachment quota so can't attach screenshots. This takes me much longer, so I will NOT be updating this before UFA (should stay pretty similar--if not exactly the same--for rd 1)
2. For rounds 2 and 3, expect anyone who hasn't signed to come down slightly on their desired contracts from the previous round.
3. Anyone not on this list has a desired contract of a vet min or lower
