I don't know much about team viewer but I have found the Chrome Remote Desktop Chrome App to be super reliable. It allows you to remote into a computer using chrome so it is super easy to set up and use and it will still work even if the computer you're remoting into reboots. Essentially, I log in remotely to Ball's PC to input, and I think his internet may have gone out or his computer rebooted, which shuts off the connection to TeamViewer (the remote access program). Balls is travelling for work and should be back Thursday. Usually we have a backup file made and stored on an FTP for when times like these, but unfortuntately Monday, I didn't have a chance to back up everything and load it to the FTP.
