Yes but if you do something to make this not go through, like if you're taking on cap and you sign more RFA $ than u have cap; the trade will be illegal.

An hypothetical abuse of power is a long shot away from being a little bitch and using someone's "agreed upon" trade in a public setting to leverage another deal. Sounds to me like we found the little bitch in the room.

Look, i think we all know what happened here. Snug allegedly agreed to a trade behind closed doors with Quail. Then reopened negotiations without explaining to Quail he didn't want the deal anymore. Quails notification was a trade block. That's shitty, we all know it. Snug knows it. Why there hasn't just been a simple apology and a lesson learned I can't even fathom. That to makes this even worse. This could have been nipped in the bud with a simple, "i'm sorry i had a change of heart and i owed you the respect to tell you before making it public". Instead here we are. No you didn't do anything illegal; it's still terrible, but i'm sure you'd like the same respect. I'd recommend giving that apology or I think your future trade partners are going to dwindle in this league.
