I believe that the current policy leaves commissioner discretion which was utilized, so the process works okay, IMHO. I'd personally be in favor of stopping renames all together, but as long as I don't have to stare at that name on the index, I'll deal.

But also, you should know the axiom: Anyone who invokes that name looks like an idiot unless you're teaching the history of WWII and/or the holocaust.
