I think this is wrong. I think I was supposed to use the 3 year threshold?
Year Thresholds: 0 (0 minutes), 1(500 minutes), 2(1000 minutes), 3(1500 minutes). So I think I'm due one extra point for each player, right?
This would mean you never reach a 2000 minute threshold, but still get 4 trainings for a rookie contract.

I really don't think playoff minutes are included in RCT. Wig please clarify, but I'm 99% sure they are not counted.

It was done based on regular season minutes last season and that was the intent (though the original post does not specify). Changing it to include both in the future is a worthy discussion item.
