First post there's a video, just got to scroll through to find the bulls. It's hard to see on the phone unfortunately, but If you can watch on a PC, you are good to go. Just remember, guys coming off rookie deals (Kobe) will be an RFA even if they offered to resign in-season

Sorry, another things not explained. All rookies coming off of deals hit RFA. The game was being .. "unfair" about who it chose to let resign.

Yep. You'll get a chance to bid along with everyone else. If someone else wins the bid, you'll have the opportunity to match.

Prep, none of your players offered to re-sign. You have two players on your roster that are not under contract after this season, Kobe and Erick Strickland. Both of those guys were 1st round picks and are coming off of rookie deals. Therefore, even if they did offer to resign, they would be going to restricted free agency (RFA) per our league rules. Balls provided the link to RFA which explains that in more detail.
The video was confusing for you because none of your players offered to resign. My team is the Clippers and they are shown very early in the video. If you check it out, 3 players offer to resign for me (Rozier, Hamer, and Norris). When the controller clicks on each name, you will see a message in the bottom left of the screen which tells you the contract length and dollar amount that the player is offering to resign at. You will have to pause the video to be able to read the message.
Hope that clears it up a little. Good luck!
