#SLOE: People's Basketball Sim League

Updated off-season trade block. Ultimately I'm looking to trade akins or AB not both. I want some flexibility in my lineups and they pretty much play the same position and style with AB being slightly better but also more expensive.

Antonio Blakeney - I'm looking to trade for a point guard. I'm probably also willing to gain assets. This season discouraged me and idk if I'm really wanting to have my heart crushed again while also being in the tax.

Jaden Akins pretty much the same sentiment point guard or defensive rebounding big man. however akins is younger, and cheaper so he's easier to work into deals BUT probably harder for me to move. But I'm willing.

Luke Hancock- his contract makes him hard to move. I do think he's ready for a breakout season moving into RFA. He's never been able to be the guy. But his inside mixed with his 3 point shooting makes him legit. I think he's dirk so expect no defense. But he can be packaged with Akins if needed for money. I do love him though

Jaden Akins - will immediately be on the block post the crowning of a champ and official switchover to next season. I'm looking for a young prospect. Need someone cheaper to reset my tax next season. Not looking for salary matching deals. I don't have to drop akins to be under the cap, so if your deal isn't treating him like the 20+pts 6reb 4 assist 2 way guard he is. Then he'll stay a sun for life.

Mahmoud - still a good big man who stays in top 5 fg% and blocks. Last year of his deal so no long term investment for a team looking to get better at the 5

So....idk what I'm doing ultimately. I'm in this tweener stage of having youth but also a superstar big who's still growing. I'm probably too good to get a top pick, but definitely not good enough to even pretend like I can contend. That being said this first guy is a maybe? But the price is high.

Phil Smith poor guy took a broken leg hit but he'll still be really good. I just don't know that my team needs two big men at this price point. Would rather get better at wing play. Willing to swap Phil for a wing.

Any contenders who have cap space in the offseason because of incoming UFA guys, and you're looking to get some studs should be looking to do these moves before UFA so that you can secure good players before you resign UFA guys.
