#SLOE: People's Basketball Sim League

Points are used for two things primarily. The first thing is for clear trainings, which allow you to improve the ratings of one of your players. The other thing points are spent on is luxury tax payments for team let's go over the salary cap. Other than that, there are often used to grease the wheels in trades so that another owner may get closer to getting a training done or pay his larry tax bill.

Just FYI Prepp, we sim every Monday Wed and Friday. Weekends are off.

No Problem, i know that probably wasn't explained too well as yesterday was kind of a flurry. Wednesday is the deadline btw.

When do we have to accept or decline team options by? End of season correct?

Currently, it's the end of regular season. However, in the post season we'll be voting to keep it the same or if it moves to Trade Deadline

Glad you asked.

All it is Trell is quite simple. It's picking who or what you think has the best chance of success. Of the games that have been selected, all you have to do is pick whether you think that team has the best chance in beating the spread, or determining the over/under or push of a certain game points wise or simply choosing the best of the two teams that has a chance to win of the matchups you were selected to draw.

Pick Em! = Simple choice of win

(+5.5) or (-5.5) = Favorited with a Points Spread

And Total (Given Point Amount Combined or statistical possibility marker whether it be assists, players) Over/Under/Push that doesn't necessarily pit one team is better than the other and can be based on the individual player(s) success.

That is in its simplest form the best way I can explain the pick em to you and to any other newbie that has a tough time understanding the rules of the game here for Sim League.
