Why did the Mavs pick get simmed? Shouldn't the clock have started at 8?

Actually - the offseason schedule says RFA exercise is due Thursday at 5pm. Which is accurate?

Note due my omission, we will have a second RFA bid phase for two players not on the original list of RFAs (James Jones, Travis Outlaw) - details here: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=2504 - bids for those players ONLY are due 5 pm Saturday 4/9 and Accept/Decline/S&T decisions for those two only are due 5 pm Sunday 4/10.

Accept/Decline/S&T decisions for all other RFAs are due Saturday 4/9 at 5 pm.

RFA Phase 2 results posted here: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=2508 - the index has NOT been updated with these signings.

RFA Trade Moratorium will expire at 5 pm Sunday or when the Cavaliers post their decision on these players, whichever comes first.

I will update the index as soon as possible after that.

RFA (both phase 1 and 2) has been completed and the trade moratorium is now lifted. The index has been updated with the results of RFA.

UFA bids (Round 1) are due by 5 pm Central on Monday 4/11.

Please note I will be camping with very limited internet access starting tomorrow, so the input team will be handling UFA; in my absence, I have asked Doug to take the lead on UFA and if any issues arise, consider him the interim commissioner and empowered to handle issues as he sees fit fully backed by me.
