Year-over-Year Raises for contracts are currently 10% for non-Bird players and 12.5% for Bird players. It has been proposed that this be changed to 5% for non-Bird players and 7.5% for Bird players. If a change is voted for, it will be implemented effective with the upcoming (2019) offseason.
Poll runs for 5 days so that we can run a second set of Propositions once we know the results of the first set.
