2013-14 Proposition 1: Sim College Draft Start
It has been proposed that we begin to use "simmed college" drafts effective with the 2015 draft (i.e., the one that will follow the current draft class) instead of the 2016 draft since players in recent draft classes have not yet reached their prime and thus using the "input stats" method is creating weaker draft classes.
