What happened when after we won our two rings, no one wanted to trade for the players that got us there?
I was not happy.
What happened when we traded our only desirable assets for a young PG with the potential to be a dominant 2-way force in this league, and then had a mediocre TC, but was good enough to win enough games to only net the 10th pick?
I was not happy.
What happened when we signed said PG to a long-term contract in RFA and then he immediately tanked in TC?
I was not happy.
What happened when we looked at the draft file that would hold the key to our future and saw nothing but poo?
I was not happy.
What happened when our young Y/G shooting guard lost his green potential?
I was not happy.
We won't be happy until we're a championship caliber team again, and that will now take an extra season or two to attain. Despite our middling successes (Getting a good deal on Rondo in RFA, winning WAY more than our talent level suggests we should last year, and being chosen computer-GMOY), we are not happy with our current, not happy with our future, and we'll have to have a couple big breaks to improve.
GWR: Your teams have a history of outplaying their talent, speaking to your skill as a coach. Do you think you can bring this roster further than most expect?

D'awwww, shucks. Thanks, GWR. Yes, I think I can take this cantankerous bunch of garbage further than most expect. I think we'd probably not be expected to win much more than 20 games, and I think we'll be in the 25-30 range.

Ah, the ol' two-parter.
Part one:
Regret bringing him back? No. Cap space is a way worse defender than Rondo. At least he was insured, and hopefully he'll come back next TC (lawl)
Part two:
Your mom really tried her best last night...

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I've never been good at stirring up trade interest, only ever been good at tanking the market for my players. The market will set the price where the market sets the price and I'll either make a move if I agree or not.

Yeah, I get those same inspirational packages of cookies and a "Hang In There" card, too. She makes a mean chocolate chip.
