Extending Sim 3 Add'l 3 Days to Include 12/15

12/15 is the day when players acquired in the offseason become tradable. This has been a topic almost every season around the 3rd sim of the season. In the past, we could never trade those players until after the 4th sim of the season. This change essentially gives teams an additional sim with newly acquired players (a shortened 4th sim through 12/26).

Proposed change: Sim 3 - 11/29-12/15; Sim 4 - 12/16-12/26
As Is: Sim 3 - 11/29-12/12; Sim 4 - 12/13-12/26

This is a poll that will close Friday at 5pm when DC thread locks. If majority vote in favor of this, we will implement this for Friday's sim. If not, we'll leave as is.
