Question:
Some of these divisions are HORRIBLY lopsided. What is TRUE now about the standings, that will NOT be true in 5 sims????

Wizards are on top of the division.

Nets are .500 (or above)

Pelicans aren't

Suns are the only team above .500 in their division.


The Lakers, however, will remain undefeated

Wizards will come back to earth maybe? In addition to that, the Bucks hopefully stay strong and build a very big gap between them and number two in that division. Also, the Suns will just build a bigger lead as well.

The Bulls will be in first place eventually in the Silky Division. They have enough talent. One team not currently leading will make a trade and will be in first place. The Pistons will be 4th place. The Lakers will have a loss, maybe two.

What will not be true is the Lakers remaining undefeated and the Jazz will win another game.

I cannot imagine that the Nets will continue having a .500 record as that roster is really barren outside of Ron Harper Jr, who is fantastic. Tied to that is the Pelicans having a below .500 record. That team is far too talented to be that bad, regardless of how difficult the division is. The Pels will be right in the thick of the title run by the end.

The Bulls will do something that helps them catapult to the top of the standings; they will not be 4th in their division for long. The Pistons impressive away record will level out over the next 5 sims, and they won't remain undefeated at home. The Rockets will figure things out, and the Nets team's point differential will catch up to them (played 9 home games to 5 away so far... more away = more losses as they are currently 1-4 away).

Cavs will leapfrog the Raptors for 3rd while Chris Jackson is out on IR

Pacers and Bulls will overtake the Wizards

Kings will go over and maintain a plus .500 record

Pelicans will rise to 3rd after Spurs and Hawks

The Lakers will finish first place however, they will lose a few games.

Wizards are currently in 1st place, however they will not finish in 1st place.

Hawks will finish 1st place in the Buddy Pedraza Division.
