Re: S82 Town Hall 2

Pick a team with a winning percentage between .200 and .600, explain where this team is headed.
Let's go with the Rockets. They are headed to a playoff spot in the tough West...IF 78 is truly active this season. Where is the 78 I used to know who competed and made moves with the best of us. I need ...

Re: S3 1982 Kansas City Kings Pre-Season Presser

I def plan on managing my cap much better than in the past. Obviously next season i have lots of players to pay, and i do intend on paying them all. Ok never mind I lied, I'm going to go egregiously over the cap, probably not win and then curse everyone to hell and roll out. Ya got me!

And ...

The potency of the offense won't be that strong I'm afraid. That's a preseason anomaly. But we'll be close to that, as long as we have great cohesity

Last year Moses presented a big problem for KC. Is Bill Laimbeer the answer for Malone? Also, with a shifting and strengthening West, do the Kings have enough firepower to finish the season atop the Western Conference?

I wouldn't call him or anyone in the league an answer for Malone. I don't ...

Re: S3 1982 Kansas City Kings Pre-Season Presser

What went into going after and getting Lambeer?

After trading Sikma for Natt...I had a huge hole in the front court. I think ultimately this is what cost me the early exit in round 1. So it has been a big priority but it was easier said than done. For example the lakers had been searching for a ...

We always say this, but your team doesn't look primed as a true contender this season. What do you think will separate you from the rest of the West that can get you to believe you can make it thru to the Finals? Any answers for Malone yet?

The future is indeed bright, what if you had to put a number on the W-L record what would it be? What are your legit expectations for this season? Think you can possibly squeeze into one of the last playoff spots this season with some crafty DC planning?

Re: S82 Town Hall 1

What was exciting?
Watching rosters reshape in real time was like flipping through league-wide chess moves. The draft added a flood of young talent, and a few aggressive teams made big pushes to close the gap on Denver’s throne. There’s a sense that anyone could rise — or fall — with one move.

What ...
