My game plan was flawed... The players are doing what they're supposed to, but the team chemistry is just not there. It's weird, though, because individually, their stats are solid, but between the bad game plans and lack of cohesion, we’ve left some wins on the table.

How are you going to make sure that pick swap with the bucks doesn't come back and bite you? Are you moving some of your rookies?

Thoughts on bucks...we should do a trade this season but after the initial offer I suspect we will not. But there is definitely a trade that makes sense for both of us. I'm very torn.
