Please note the P_amour is now one of the teams who will be hit with the luxury tax penalties until he can get his bank into the positive.

Refresher on the penalties:

Penalties for not paying the Tax before FA period:
- Will not be able to hand out contracts over the min level deals
- Will not be able to offer Bird year players contracts over the cap
- Will not be able to perform in season negotiations with current players
- Will be stripped of points until debt is paid back
- Will not be able to train players via the points system
- Will not be able to use points for any function besides paying the tax, including trades (unless you're receiving points) or the sim league Bracket challenge.
