Hey guys. I feel my roster is now getting to the point where I am able to focus on tweaking my roster and gameplan to get the most out of my team. Any advice on how to look at information in order to optimize both roster and gameplan would be awesome.

With teams like the 76ers and Hawks taking slight steps back in attempts to shed cap space, and teams like the Spurs diving deep into the tax in order to sieze control of the West, what are your thoughts on the commonly-held belief that one must spend several years deep in the tax in order to seriously compete?

SLOE: We've seen a lot of radical league reform ideas tossed about- are any of them personal favorites for you?

Non SLOE: We're in depths of winter, and those of us not lucky enough to be in NOLA or California are having the worst of it at the moment. What are your suggestions on battling winter misery?

To follow up on Xist and the question you asked in my presser.... the top 4 faves are all 30+mil over the cap. Is this the new norm? Carefully treading waters between having enough talent to contend and pulling a me and having a ginormous tax bill?

Also, random reorganization of the league has been talked about. The pros are freshness and mixing up something that's been stale a while. Are there any cons to this? Could it negatively affect the league in any way or be #harmful?
