Pursuant to viewtopic.php?f=37&t=2230 - this vote is to whether teams will be allowed to exercise RFA rights on their 2nd-round picks when their contracts are up.
The RFA cap hold for a 2nd round pick shall be 10% of the cap regardless of where in the 2nd round the player was picked (reference: 29th pick is 11%, 30th pick is 10.5%).
These players will not be listed on the RFA exercise rights thread (too much work to track them all especially with so many cuts) but the 10% cap hold value will be posted.
