Much as I hate to announce this, it is one of my duties as commissioner to make decisions in the best interest of the league.

As the league office had to intervene on behalf of the Pistons in RFA, Runningback15 is being relieved of his duties as GM of the Pistons. A PM has gone out to the next GM on our waiting list. RB15 is welcome to put his name on the waiting list for another team if he would like.

Also, index updated with 2nd round results. RFA trade moratorium has begun. No trades (except RFA sign-and-trades) should be posted until the RFA moratorium is lifted.
