HONEST TALK ON TRADE BLOCKS:
The Wolves are offering to take on bad contracts in exchange for picks and young assets. It will almost certainly work for them if they aren't too greedy because some team always looks at their luxury tax bill near the trade deadline and panics.

HONEST TALK ON TRADE BLOCKS:
The Milwaukee Bucks trade block sure does take a whole lot of pages to say not very much. And it's hard to find what he's actually looking for anyway. You'd think since IamQuailman has mod status he could delete posts to keep his block from being 6 pages long.

HONEST TALK ON TRADE BLOCKS:
Lewis and Morrow can still score but those picks are going to be awful. Only way the Warriors get anything done on these terms is if they take an older guy on a too-long deal.Warriors block wrote:I'm willing to package 1-2 first rounders with Rashard Lewis' expiring contract and/or Anthony Morrow for a quasi-star.

HONEST TALK ON TRADE BLOCKS:
76ers say "anyone is available." They will have to move some guys since they have three upcoming RFAs that should get PAID and they'll be deep in the tax if they pay them all. That said, anyone who negotiates with balls does so at his own peril.

For immediate press release:
Three new prospects are likely declaring for the 2014 PBSL Draft. All three are foreign-born, although one played a year of college basketball. Joel Embiid from Cameroon, Nikola Jokic from Serbia, and Dario Saric from Croatia all project to be impact players in the league.
Embiid is currently playing at Kansas, though all indications are that he won't spend a second season there. He is well known for his athleticism, his defensive potential, and his hilarious twitter account.
Jokic, only 19, plays for Megabasket of the Adriatic League but projects to come over to America if drafted. He is known for his passing skillset as a big man, and has already amassed a cult following among stat nerds.
Saric originally planned to stay in Europe but after months of consideration, his appearance in the draft is almost a guarantee at this point. Saric is a power forward but has versatility and skill that makes PBSL GMs mouth water.
2014 was already shaping up as an interesting draft, but with the certain arrival of these three studs, this draft may be an all time great one.

Just got a peak at how Quailman views his roster. Things started making a lot of sense after viewing it:

Sources got an inside look at the Bucks internal depth chart by position
Re: Hoopshype
The Warriors have been on the market searching for a stretch 4. Word is they're closing in on a deal for their stretch 4 of the future.

Just pretend this is Sources because I'm too lazy to log in as Sources and everyone would know it was me anyway wrote: ↑Fri Mar 31, 2017 3:01 pmIn the past 323 days Ron Artest has played 19 minutes for the Blazers (and earned about $30 million). Will he play today or will the Blazers go the safe route and wait until after the All-Star game?
Re: Hoopshype
Breaking news out of Minneapolis! There has been a reported altercation between Draymond Green and newly acquired Timberwolf Glen Davis. Sources close to the situation stated that the situation arose out of Glen Davis unintentionally using the wrong lockerroom space. It escalated quickly, with threats being exchanged. Green had to be restrained by multiple teammates but not without him inadvertently punching teammate Victor Oladipo in the eye. Coaching staff and front office management called an emergency meeting and rumors are emerging that Green may actually be on the move, as he's been deemed (internally) a lockerroom cancer. We'll be following this closely as further developments occur.
Re: Hoopshype
As Rondo walked off the floor with his head down in game 2 in Sacramento, the crowd chanted "O-V-E-R-R-A-T-E-D" *CLAP*CLAP*CLAP*CLAP*CLAP* and it's hard to argue with them. Collison went for 30 and 39 against the first team all defense member. When Collison was asked about Rondo's defense, he said,"Man y'all award that.. you see what happens when he's on the court versus an Alpha."
Re: Hoopshype
Sources close to Gary Neal say that he is drowning in offers. DROWNING.
Re: Hoopshype
Despite the trade market being dry for Cousins, the RFA market is not. The trend continues of owners unwilling to send assets for top level players and hoping for a handout in RFA.
Re: Hoopshype
Despite an accounting snafu, Greg Monroe's agent has still been receiving calls with offer sheets for RFA. It is said that GMs sounded elated to hear that Monroe would be an unrestricted free agent.
Re: Hoopshype
The most under the radar player so far: Jeremy Lin. Expected to get multiple maxes and his agent won't confirm if he's gotten 1.
Re: Hoopshype
Grevious is a player without a position, and if current trends keep up, he'll be a player without a team.
Re: Hoopshype
Teams are pressing on Paul George. Max bids from all directions; some GMs feel he's very gettable and that they can take advantage of new owner/GM Dig I. Skunk and his inexperience, contrary to what the owner/GM said during his most recent press conference.
Re: Hoopshype
Hayward has the hot hand on the court where he shines from behind the arc, but his agent has a hotline that won't stop blinging. It can only mean one thing. #max
Re: Hoopshype
Sources close to Paul George say that one unnamed team has actually submitted 3 bids for his services all for less than a max. George is quoted as saying, "Lol, while none of these bids is close to what I deserve, I may sign one of them just to give my new Jazz GM a hometown discount. Ain't no way I'm playing for the Hornets. Whooops, shit, I wasn't supposed to say the team's name. Can we leave that part out?"
Re: Hoopshype
John Wall was spotted leaving Toronto after their presentation which heavily featured franchise-player, Chris Bosh. "I'm just so excited to have a chance to play with an actual big man. I'll be dreaming of those easy assists."
