I think as long as you don't owe points, then you are ok.

Not 100% sure if FBB follows them, but next two tiebreaks are division W-L then conference W-L so should be easy to check.

FBB must not follow them...I had both the division and conference W-L over the Rockets, but they were seeded higher.
