Coltsguy510 Resignation

Post by coltsguy510 » Tue Nov 15, 2016 12:54 am

Dear SLOE,
I gotta say, I can't believe this day has come. SLOE has been a part of my life since I was 13 and I've grown up in this league. I was there for the days of RPF and Eazy getting warnings for their Big Booty Gifs on PR. I've been through 3 different forums and two leagues with this. I've been through the days of PR League Chat all the way up to Skype. I've learned so much from this league and from the guys in it, I pretty much have grown up knowing y'all in some way. But right now I just don't feel like I can give the league my all. I had a hell of a team this past season and even though I managed to have a great year, I just never found myself invested enough to do anything with this organization. School and other things in life have kept me too busy to be a valuable and active member in this league and I'd like to apologize for that. I just feel that you guys deserve a more active user and I can't be that right now. So, I would like to announce my resignation as GM of the Magic. It's been a hell of a ride and I am sure going to miss it. Thank you guys for all the memories and lessons I've experienced. I hope that one day I'll be able to come back, but right now this is for the best.

Sincerely,
Coltsguy510 #SLOE

We're gonna miss you man. Thanks for playing, and you're welcome back any time. Deal with the real life stuff first.

Sure my dude.

This breaks my heart. I watched you grow up from a toddler. Making bad trades and even worse decisions in Free Agency to being the traper and building contenders. *wipes tear from eye* Wish you the best bro! SMD

Enjoy life first and foremost. The game will be around in some capacity and you were always a good guy to work out trades with. Rest easy and have fun.

Life's overrated CG. Trust me. I'm older. I've learned no matter what, SLOE > life.

Damn, feels like I'm losing a close friend here, always felt like the two of us were sharing together in the struggle of learning how to be decent GMs in both leagues. Real life comes first, but I'll miss you, and hopefully you'll find the time to come back someday! Good luck and take care bro! :)
