S21 Offseason Schedule

Short version: Stay tuned.

I'm hoping to get the server move completed in the next 48 hours and I want to make sure it's moved and solid before we start announcing lotto results and the like because once those are up the PMs will start flying - and that's really no time for the server and PMs to be iffy.

Depending on the server move, the draft lotto show will be Saturday or Sunday. I need a volunteer who does not hold a lotto pick for this. Volunteer now.

Draft will start Monday unless something bad happens with the server move. Since most of the league will be focused on the NFL season opening in earnest on Sunday I don't want to start the draft before Monday even if the server move goes quickly.

UPDATE: Draft Lotto to take place at about 8-10 tonight (Saturday), hosted by Quail.

Deadline for 2nd round lists and RFA exercising of rights (including being paid up on luxury tax) is 5 pm Wednesday night (9/14/2016). RFA trade moratorium begins at 5 pm on Wednesday 9/14 as well.

RFA bids will be due at 5 pm Thursday 9/15.

Accept/decline/S&T RFA contracts due at 5 pm on Friday 9/16.

UFA bids will be due 5 pm on Saturday 9/17 (round 1), Sunday 9/18 (round 2), and Monday 9/19 (round 3).

Training Camp settings, "Free Rookie Trainings" for current sophomores that played at least 30 minutes per game in 60 games per season last year, and TC insurance will be due Tuesday 9/20 at 5 pm. Free Rookie Trainings will be processed PRIOR to running Training Camp in game. Free-For-All Free Agency signings will begin at 8 pm that night. Pre-season press conferences may be posted immediately following TC.

Preseason will be simmed Wednesday 9/21. The Rookie options decline thread will be opened following the preseason.

Regular season starts Friday 9/23. Rookie options must be declined by 5 pm on this day. Preseason press conference activities should be concluded by 5 pm on this day to receive points.

Did we get rid of rookie contract options during the offseason? I don't think that happened last season. Also, please add post-rookie season training. Thanks!

Updated my post above.

"Free Rookie Trainings" are due at the same time training camp settings are due (5 pm Tuesday 9/20). These are processed prior to Training Camp.

Declining Rookie Options thread will be opened following the preseason sim (Wednesday 9/21) and are due by Friday 9/23.
