It has been proposed that we reschedule the rookie draft to take place on a weekend rather than during a weekday to better accommodate trade talk and the like.
Since it generally takes about 2 days to complete the draft, a "Yes" vote on this proposal would set the draft to start at 8 am on the first Saturday following the completion of the playoffs, allowing the draft to take place on Saturday and Sunday.
