2007-08 Proposition 1: Training Camp Insurance (Yes/No)
Original Proposal Here: viewtopic.php?f=37&t=2625
A "Yes" vote on this proposition will allow teams the option to spend points on "Training Camp Insurance" effective with the 2008 offseason. A "No" vote on this proposition means we do not allow teams the option.
* Teams must specify which player(s) they are purchasing insurance on.
* Insurance must be paid for prior to the start of Training Camp.
* Player(s) to be protected must be 27 years of age or younger as the start of Free Agency.
If a player protected by Training Camp Insurance loses potential ratings during Training Camp, his potential ratings are restored to his pre-TC levels. If he does not lose potential ratings (or gains in potential ratings), the points are still spent.
Should this vote pass, the results of Proposition 2 will determine the cost of Training Camp Insurance.
