Add Media Awards to Year End Season Awards

With the increasing need for points to pay off crazy tax bills and the increase in possible points allowed through media relations, it's obvious that not all articles are created equal. There are some that take extensive research, some that pack quality humor and writing into the articles, and some that are apparent point grabs.

The problem is that the media coordinator shouldn't be responsible for determining article quality. He's more like an Uber passenger. You give all of the drivers 5 stars unless they crash their car or try to rape you.

Rather than penalize articles that the coordinator deems "bullshit," I propose that we add Article of the Year to the Season Awards and have that voted upon by the people. Like the other GM vote awards (6MOY, GMOY, MiP), people can nominate their own articles or other folks' articles.

Unlike the other GM vote awards, I propose that the winner of the article of the year vote gets 10 points and the next 3 highest vote getters are awarded 5 points each (25 overall points given to article quality as an arbitrary match to the 25 point limit one can achieve). While the other awards give out points for playing the game as it naturally would be played, I'd like to see the articles get more play because it rewards and incentivizes aiming to write higher quality articles instead of putting them on an even keel with writing something quick and dirty while still allowing quick and dirty articles for folks in a pinch for both points and time.

Voting would take place in the same manner as the other awards voting, with all voters ranking their top 3 articles in order.

Can i 2nd this and ask that we can vote on this idea as a proposal during this current postseason? With no real votes on the docket, I think this is a plausible idea that is very easy to implement next end of regular season
