Training of Purple players

This is being brought up again since a few people have gotten their hands on purple players.

This also has been voted on with resounding evidence that the league didn't want this a few times in the past, but that was the past-

With that being said, it has been 10 sim seasons and we have now we've got college players which i understand may change opinions. So i want to see if the temperature has changed with the league via a poll.
