2015 RFA Resim (#2)

I want to put this out there in the interest of full transparency. From the time Darth founded this league, the overriding concern in the commissioner's office has been full transparency so that everyone has information on what is going on and why to make sure the integrity of the league is beyond reproach.
As many of you are aware, the RFA results were posted at about 6:30 pm this afternoon and had to be re-simmed almost immediately when it was pointed out that one of the winning bids was an illegal bid. I had to drop offline after the resim and my phone died so I could not check back in.
When I got to a place where I could charge my phone, I found that the Grizzlies' bid on Kawhi Leonard had been improperly entered by me and with the chaos in the Skype chat, I had not noticed when my mistake had been pointed out.
In addition, I noted that I had missed entering the bids for one team - the Heat (granted, they PM'd me directly instead of PM'ing the Negotiator, but I DID see the PM in my box before the sim and flat missed entering it).
I am of the opinion that as much as possible, re-sims should be like instant replay when a mistake is caught quickly enough that there is time to react to it, and the fault lies on the inputter (particularly when that is me) - the MOST important concern is getting the final result right (especially with FA which potentially impacts teams for years).
So I have done a second re-sim to make sure the bids were correctly input for the Grizzlies and Heat. My apologies to all the teams that were affected by this re-sim, whether it is missing out on a guy you signed in the first place but went somewhere else on the re-sim or to a team that had a guy take a bigger deal that now they're going to have to figure out how to match. I'm sorry but I hope all will agree that getting the results RIGHT based on the bids people submitted is the fairest way to do things.
I will be personally PM'ing each team that had a change in signings to inform them to make sure they have enough notice to adjust plans they might have had. In addition, the deadline for accept/sign and trade/reject will be changed to 11:59 PM on 6/26 (since that's about the time today the new results went up). I hope everyone will respond by 5 pm anyway, but I feel it's only fair to extend to make sure people have time to react.
Round one of UFA bids will still be due at 5 pm on 6/27.
Thanks for reading this, again sorry for my mistakes and apologies to all teams affected by the changes. If I didn't think this was the right and fair think to do I wouldn't have done it.
