Proposition 1 passed. We will begin using the Fast Break College Basketball program to generate drafts effective immediately following the 2014 (upcoming) draft. Ballsohard has graciously volunteered to run the FBCB sim for us; look for more information on that in the coming weeks.

Proposition 2 passed. The clause that noted points awarded for league responsibility count agains the media cap has been removed from the Points System Rules located here: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=424&p=3037#p3037.

Proposition 3 passed. We will implement the new training system in the coming season. You can find it here: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=4211&p=38462#p38462 - as a side effect of this vote, the office of "Paid Training Tracker" is no longer needed and has been removed from the list of league responsibilities.

Proposition 4 had more than half the votes (12 of 21) vote for a limit of 85 points when raising a potential rating. This result has been incorporated in the training rules.

Proposition 5 had more than half the votes (12 of 22) vote for trainings during both the Preseason and All-Star Break. This result has been incorporated in the training rules.

Proposition 6 saw more than half the votes (12 of 22) vote for discounts for potential training if a player is over 31. Players over 31 will get a 5 point cost reduction when training potential ratings. This result has been incorporated into the training rules. It also saw 12 of 22 votes vote for a "baseline" cost of 20/20/25/30. This result has been incorporated into the training rules.

Proposition 7 saw more than half the votes (13 of 22) decide to retain foul training during the all-star break. This result has been incorporated in the training rules.

Proposition 8 did not pass. 19 of 22 votes decided the commissioner's office should NOT be elected for a particular term.

As a reminder, those of you that voted for the propositions should collect 4 points for your bank.
