Cleveland Cavalier Ownership

If you did not see 42's press conference, feel free to read it.
Long story slightly less long: When inputting a bid, if you input a number that is at least one value higher than the max cap space (unless you have bird rights), when you tab out of the field, the value defaults to the max allowed capspace. This is what happened with 42's bid on Chris Webber. It was a complete mistake, and I owned it from the get go. Apologies were given, along with options. Everyone on here understands that mistakes happen. And when something happens, we have to deal with it in the immediate timeframe of that situation. And usually, agreements on resolutions are found peacefully through (what may sometimes initially start out heated) conversation, and everything moves along.
However, the case with this situation was that the only realistic options were never accepted, and the former GM essentially threatened to sabotage the future of the Cleveland organization through offseason neglect, in-season DC inactivity, and offloading assets. This is absolutely unacceptable. Frustration with an error, especially something that should not have happened, is understandable; but the way he acted was uncalled for.
On top of that, he genuinely seemed to be unhappy with how the league is run (whether it's been me up until now or Wig's tenure). If this is not enjoyable, then there is no reason for him to spread that negatively profusely on the board every opportunity he got.
What happened (GM removal and ban) happens VERY rarely in this league. The only previous instance was Beeball (some of you originals know who I'm referring to). What we had to do was something I did not WANT to do, but honestly, I foresaw no end to his actions and negativity (also received many other complaints about him as well). So the decision was made.
The Cleveland Cavaliers are now under league ownership, and will be monitored by the steward program.
