2007 RFA, Phase 2

A few minutes before the deadline for RFA bids to be submitted, it was brought to my attention that rights were exercised on two Cavaliers players, Travis Outlaw and James Jones, and that exercision was overlooked.

THIS ONE IS MY FAULT. I MISSED THE POST WHEN GOING THROUGH THE RFA THREAD AND I HAVE ALREADY SENT AN APOLOGY TO 42.
Since most of the league has already planned on RFA going off as soon as bids are entered (just a few left to do), we will go forward with RFA for all other players as scheduled (very shortly). The match/decline/sign-and-trade for all of those players will be Saturday 4/9 at 5 pm Central.
RFA bids for Travis Outlaw and James Jones will be due Saturday 4/9 at 5 pm Central subject to the following restrictions:
A team wishing to bid on these players (1) must have submitted bids by the deadline today, (2) must have submitted fewer than 10 bids, and (3) bids must remain legal subject to the same cap hold restrictions that existed going into the Restricted Free Agency period.
On Saturday at 5 pm, bids on these two players only will be processed as a "second round of RFA".
The Cavaliers will have until Sunday at 5 pm to match, decline, or sign-and-trade them.
This was the best way I could think of to honor the Cavs' RFA rights, keep everyone else more or less on the schedule the expect, and with Sunday match/decline/sign-and-trade deadline, still gives everyone 24 hours to get their UFA bids in order, knowing their cap situation exactly.
