The Chicago Bulls are happy to nominate their sixth man, Steph Curry, for sixth man of the year.
Steph was a solid contributor off of the bench, averaging 13.5 points, 2.3 boards, 3.2 assists, and a steal in about 25 minutes a game off the bench. His shooting touch was remarkable as he ranked in the top 10 in free throw percentage and the top 25 in three point percentage.
He started a stretch of games when Russell Westbrook went down, and during that stretch, he played so well that it garnered him player of the week honors.
His 8 estimated wins added were integral in securing an important division title for the Bulls, who finished the season 4 games ahead of the Pistons and 7 games ahead of the Bucks. And with Dennis Smith, Jr. going down with a broken arm in the last game of the season, Curry's role will only grow more important come the post-season.

The game got it right. Ronald Small was the embodiment of 6th Man of the Year; he started in 0 games. He lead our 2nd unit's offensive onslaught, scoring 13.4ppg. He filled the stat sheet both offensively and defensively too.

He was a reliable option at PG and SG when he needed to step in and pick up the slack. Our offensive success would not be where it is without his ability to score and facilitate.

I'm nominating Ted Adams from my Orlando Magic. In 24.9 minutes per game, he averaged 15.9 points per game on .584 TS%, had a 19.2 PER and EWA of 7.9. He was the second leading scorer for the Magic this year, and was one of the few bright spots in an otherwise dreadful team.

I'll throw in Arthur Parish. He averaged just 17.2 mpg but made the most of them, tossing in 10.3 ppg on 59.8% shooting (TS% of .614) and posting a very respectable 17.4 PER. Player Page:
