2016-2017 (S27) Pick 'Em Rules

Howdy everyone,
We're back with a new season of Pick 'Em, and you've got a chance to snag a decent amount of points as the prize structure is staying the same. However, instead of tallying up total points earned, we're going to try something a little different this year. Instead of rotating the goal of every Pick 'Em, each sim will have the same rules.
Here are the rules:
Each sim, you get 40 points to gamble for the entire sim. Each sim, you pick a team to win on each day of that sim. For every sim, you cannot pick the same team twice or you are not eligible to win any prize points, and you automatically lose the points you bet on the games where you duplicated a winner.
You can bet 1 through 5 in any way you like as long as the total you bet does not exceed 40. If you do exceed 40, you will lose 4 points from your final total for every point over 40 you wagered in total.
If you are wrong about any game, those points get taken from your total. If you win any game, you get those points back and double the amount. So, if you're really bad, it's possible to dip into the negatives.
Your score from every round will accumulate for the entire season which will determine best overall performance, both individually, and by division.
I know you miss participation points, but the more you participate, the more likely it is that you will get some points at the end of the season for cumulative prizes.
Here are how the prize points (the points you can actually add to your point banks) work, if you need a refresher:
1. Best individual score in any given Pick 'Em earns 2 points (if there's a tie, everyone involved gets a point)
2. Second best individual score in any given Pick 'Em earns 1 point
3. The best combined individual performance gets 5 additional points, 2nd best gets 3 additional points, 3rd best gets
4. We also do this on a division basis, adding up the points earned by GMs within that division over the course of the season. Anyone in the top 3 divisions who participated in at least one Pick 'Em can claim 5 points if their division wins, 3 if their division comes in 2nd, and 1 if their division comes in 3rd.
