There are 3 sims left prior to the final sim. As you must pick 3 times before the final to be eligible, if you haven't picked before you must start this sim!

The tl;dr version is, anyone can participate. You can pick as many as 5 weeks, but must participate at least 3 times to get participation points and to partake in the final sim championship to be eligible for individual point awards.
